Drug expenses are reimbursed up to the annual maximum for adults according to the Federal Government Health Insurance Plan or, in Quebec, the Quebec Health Insurance Plan (RAMQ).

Once the maximum is reached, 100% of subsequent expenses incurred in the same calendar year are reimbursed.
